No need for multiple camera if the main one is great.

The current EMUI is full of per... moreI have P30 Pro and haven't noticed any of stuff you mentioned, sans video player as I don't use it. I am using Microsoft launcher and all gestures work as intended. And EMUI is probably the best skin I've used over of many years. But each got his own opinion I guess.
About data collecting, after I disabled most of Spygle bloatware, there's almost none.

Great camera, crappy os.
The current EMUI is full of persistent "AI" stuffs that just want to collect various datas, the default video player app is full of unwanted recommended videos, the navigation gestures is crappy asf and doesn't felt smooth at all, their AI Cam is useless, can't evem determine a simple flower.
Wonder if this crappy stuffs is in Harmomy OS, hope not ofc.

No Google Play Store means DOA
No one cares about Harmony OS. If Windows Mobile couldn't make it, why would a Chinese OS aka Spyware do better?

Even they are making the sensors but with not so optimized software destroy Sony.
I belive if Sony improve image quality, processing and HDR years ago...they can do better nowdays. They lost the war because of that.

Huawei has a superb track record as camera phone maker. In 2018-2020 Huawei (p20, p30, p40) used to be for the premium phone camera segment what Nokia was with their legendary N8 and 808 and Lumia 1020 in 2010-2012.
Huawei definitely still have the brains to make the best photography experience even in 2021.
Due to hardware restrictions, they maybe gad to be even more creative than ever before with their computational photography software.
So, I am very curious whether a Huawei can compete in 2021.

Amazing! I thought by the phrase "New products launch", that Huawei P50 is going to launch. But someone replied, no, it's postponed on YouTube. I was extremely frustrated by that comment but then I saw this post. My attention came to it a lot. I am super excited! 😊 #Make it Possible

I wonder what chipset it'll be running given Huawei has been stuck with old HiSilicon chipsets after US ban. Also, while lack of Google services is a benefit in some cases, it's still burden for most users as a lot of apps just don't work well without it even if you sideload them.
