My phone was stuck in an emergency back up mode. To get out of it I had to restore my phone. I did it because I had no option. Then Huawei installed a Harmony OS on my phone. I lost many files and contacts for this. I have had my phone configured to use Google services. But now it's not awesome at all.

Hello is there any reason the lite edition are not being given the update? Namely the mate 20 lite that I use as the Internet speed etc in this is phenomenal.

IvanKill, 04 Jun 2021Will Honor devices have it too?Huawei no longer owns Honor. Honor is planning to start using google services on their upcoming smartphones. In fact the View40 series might have google services and apps (this is yet to be confirmed). The US Government have issues with Huawei but since Huawei no longer owns Honor, Honor devices might start using google services and applications again.

HuaweiLover, 07 Jun 2021You can use the app that Huawei give You will get many other alternatives... App gallery is already full of apps. Mail, excell, word, browser, maps, everything is already covered with good or even better alternatives
