    Ive had my Honor 8 now for 6 years. It works fine, in all ways. Software & physical components. When it was built, phones only in 2021 have surpassed it. So i hope i can buy in the USA for close to what i purchased the original 8 for. Or close to. When i went into a t-mobile store they were surprised it was that old. No scratches, dents, dings or chipped screen. The camera works better than newer phones in the samsung line. Honor has always been the best phone for me. "Made for discerning people, with a frugal heart".

A good 2 or 3x is perfectly fine. it would be better actualy , for portrets. 50+ zoom is cool and epic but it's not necessary ,expasially for an uper mid-range phone. the honor 50 pro plus might have though ☺

There may be a periscope on the pro model at least though but it will come with a midrange chip. Time will tell

                                      what is bothered me is the second ring is cramped by three cameras and led flash. what resolution mp cameras with tiny sensor honor will use for that?

                                        Seems like typical midrange dual camera system and another 2 useless ones , is this supposed to be an upgarade to honor 30 which had flagship chipset and great camera system ?
