I am just not buying it because 120Hz doesn't work well with snapdragon 732G. But it works well with snapdragon 750G powered Mi10i.

It runs buttery smooth and battery life is excellent for four year old device. I have other device named as Poco M2 Pro with DoT OS 5.1 and it runs buttery smooth as well. No issues as what you mentioned at all. Few of my friends using Redmi Note 5 Pro/Redmi Note 7 Pro with Oxygen OS port and they run equally smooth. No need for fast charging. It harms your battery more than anything else. Custom roms run smoother than stock android with no loss of features which we get with MIUI. There are tons of customization options.

Anonymous, 12 Jun 2021Reqlme is coming so Realme is launching snapdragon 720G powered phones since three iterations that's why these phones sold well. Everybody is waiting for Realme to use new chipsets line Snapdragon 750G/765G/768G/778G/780G/870. Also Realme fans want centred punch hole rather than corner punch hole. Also their fans want Realme should cut prices by giving 30Watt Charging only. Noone needs 65Watt charging in these segments. More battery capacity would be welcomed by Realme fans. Realme should also focus on Realme X2 Pro software updates and launching the true successor to Realme X2 Pro. 50Watt charging is fine for 30-40K price bracket.

Realme 7 Pro/Moto G60/IQOO Z3 are far better products that Redmi Note 10 Pro series. Poco M2 Pro is still well and is more value for money according to me. Poco X3/Poco X3 Pro are eating up Redmi Note 10 Pro series sales as well. Otherwise these would have sold a lot despite not so value for money product.

Even though Helio G90T is not underpowered, it was mediatek due to which custom rom development halted. Snapdragon 720G and poor camera ruined Redmi Note 9 Pro series and now 120Hz on snapdragon 732G ruined Redmi Note 10 Pro series. Should have been snapdragon 750G/768G. That would have been great. Eagerly waiting for Redmi Note 11 Pro with snapdragon 778G and 64MP main camera.

Mr Robot, 11 Jun 2021I have the 10 Pro Max and it's been an absolute value ... more120Hz on snapdragon 732G is a mess. Apart from that, everything is perfect. I would like to wait for snapdragon 768G/778G powered Redmi Note 11 Pro though.

Biggest Disadvantage being losing the Stock Camera app that provides so many features and optimizations for specific hardware and camera sensor that no other camera app on play store or no Custom rom Developer can provide..
We can live without fast charging, but having no Face unlock, disabled Fingerprint sensor and losing stock camera is a big loss.. You basically downgrade your camera by installing custom ROMs

I haven't heard anybody connecting the sales of a specific smartphone model to the entire population of a country. Or you want to say that every year 1.4 billion smartphones are sold in India?
Anyway on a more intelligent note, if we look at the overall smartphone sales in India in the period since the Redmi 10 smartphones were launched and at the Redmi Note 10 market level in terms of price I wouldn't be surprise to see that Xioami's new mid-range smartphone dominate their competitions by far.

All four phones will be famous for custom roms.
1.Redmi Note 10 Pro/Max
2.Poco M2 Pro
3. Poco X3 Pro/Poco X3 as well
4. Mi11X.
I am not even mentioning Redmi Note 4/Redmi note 5 Pro/Redmi Note 7 Pro/Redmi Note 8 which are still supported like hell. People are satisfied with that as well. People are getting cheap data as well.
Dot OS 5.1/Pixel Experience Plus UI is running smooth on 120Hz on Redmi Note 10 Pro in my experience. No need of MIUI. You get software updates OTA on custom roms as well and developers are so good these days, you get very good rom since day 1 except for charging. We don't even need 33Watt charging if anyone wants to use device for three years down the line. 18Watt is fast enough.
