No, this phone will snap in bend test

"And all of that might be a moot point as at €300, the starting price of the OnePlus Nord CE, you can have a Poco F3 with a Snapdragon 870 (aka 865 with a new coat of paint). This also gets you a 120Hz AMOLED (with HDR10+) and Gorilla Glass 5, while the rest is comparable."

I mean... Do you really need to say anything more? Why does this phone even exist, if you can just buy Poco F3?

So I just watched the trailer again and it says 2 years of software updates and 3 years of security updates. Thats pretty neat to be honest. Yes Samsung offers one more os upgrade but what does that matter when they have their own skin and bloatware in there. It doesnt matter.

Would now go with Galaxy A52 5G. Nord CE is totally lackluster.

For someone who deeply values the stock AOSP UI look, this phone can be a worthy purchase. Compared to the Nord, you do lose the main camera OIS and front ultrawide camera. But unlike Nord, you do have a headphone jack.

But if you can live without stock UI, it's really hard to ignore the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G. They both have a headphone jack, the same chipset, and the same battery capacity. But Samsung can give a 120Hz screen, OIS on the main camera, IP67 rating, microSD card support, and offline FM Radio. Couple that to Samsung's three major OS update policy, it really is hard to choose something else.

My answer would be: no, but the phone looks promising.

I have to say that I think the Nord CE is an alright phone, it is slightly overpriced because it's a OnePlus phone, but if I had switch from my Pixel 4a to the Nord CE I would definitely buy it, and I asked me if you should buy the phone to that I say knock yourself out

No. Only Samsung or Sony for me (both are Asian brands, so back off with the racist playing card, you're barking at the wrong tree Lee!).
No other brand deserves my money, especially a china brand!

No gorilla glas 5, no ingress protection, not even basic splash protection for this price ???

Im much more interested in the Nord2 w// Dim1200. Hope it retains OIS & brings HP jack (optional-USB3.0 & stereo speakers)

                                  a big Noooo 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Its a decent phone, the 12GB is cheaper than F3 here. While its very similar to Galaxy A52 5G, that phone will be supporter for 4 years while Oneplus only provides 1 os update for their budget phones which is a dealbreaker for me.

It is not a bad phone, but Poco F3 outperforms this phone very significantly in almost all specs excpt software and cameras and for the same price too.
