OS support is almost inexistent across the range and I never like MIUI. And no, MIUI update is not equal to UI update. Xiaomi can update the MIUI as long as they like, but it would be hard to see a proper OS update from them. Some Xiaomi phones running MIUI 12.5 are still stuck on Android 10. Even the $1500 2021 Mi Mix Fold is shipped with Android 10 out of the box for crying out loud!

It's a very thin veneer over what is an "approved" third party OS, it's nothing like using an official ROM.
Not a good look for a premium device.

So in a way you are right... I've seen many other people from other brands switched to Xiaomi in the past year.

Mi 11 Ultra might cost the same as S21 Ultra here in Europe. But I know several people who have imported it. I myself saved around 250€ on the MI 11 Ultra by importing the Chinese variant complete with 2 year warranty. Only people from US have band support problems. Most places in EU have full band support for the Chinese variant.
I've used both of them. S21 Ultra, especially with Exynos is at best avoidable.

Xiaomi is the best right ... moreYes.. My wife switched to Mi 10 ultra from the iPhone 11 pro. She never strayed away from her Galaxy flagships or IPhones.
And then a few weeks back, I switched to Mi 11 Ultra. Have used Samsung flagships exclusively in the past.
Xiaomi is definitely stealing customers from Apple, Samsung, Huawei and others in the past year or so...

This is about the 8th time a flagship phone was suppose to come with a under screen display. Will it finally arrive? All we have is the Axon and that one is terrible.
