Apple makes the best products. I just updated my iPhone SE (2016) from 10.3.2 to 14.6 and it's incredible. Battery might have taken a slight hit but it's fine. This is my second SE1 and I only got it 5 months ago. Battery health is at 99%.
I used to prefer Android over iOS like 80-20. Now the gap is more like 55-45. Apple does make lasting products. Three years from Google is kinda pathetic.

I never understand why these companies never puts a much bigger battery to get rid of the bump? (or at least give us the option)

Well there is no problem for being unique but problem is when companies exaggerate it most cases and most companies especialy those who sells for 3-5 times the manufacturing costs.
