fren, 16 Jun 2021if one look carefully it's more or less the same insid... moreI wonder if they have changed the UI in menus or if they're still just reusing buttons from windows xp/7 days but flattening them (sometimes they dont even bother and just dump all the windows 7 apps into win10 with no changes, blegh)

    win7 forever

What we want: Stable updates, less reliance on internet, more stable build as opposed to Windows 10, end of Microsoft or anyone spying us over internet (unless we use it), end of the apps and store culture, older Windows 7 start menu, more control over updates..

What we get: rounded corners (I'm an Apple boy!), new look, new start menu, new theme (oh yes, where else I could've gotten a theme from), NEW STARTUP SOUND OMG!!! so rare!!, tiles to resize windows, etc.

FatShady, 16 Jun 2021i'm not a mac user and never will be one, you say edge... moreNever opened Extension store in Edge Chromium and searched for uBlock Origins? Did you not know that you can even install Chrome's adblockers in Edge? Don't go on to spread misinformation.

FatShady, 16 Jun 2021i'm not a mac user and never will be one, you say edge... moreThere is no way to install an ad blocker? I'm not sure where you got your information, but you are very wrong. I have been using adblocker plus since the current version of Edge came out a year or two ago. In fact you can install virtually all the common Chrome extensions on Edge

It's time for Microsoft to move past windows and make a new os that can be used for computers l,tablets and mobile phone

Other than the cosmetic, this is the windows that gonna fully support big.LITTLE and ARM function cores natively.
With Alder Lake and M1 around, Windows need to update the base system to accommodate the newer architecture

xp was fastest 7 is slower and 10 is even more slow

Yep, this is what is all about - new menu and new icons :). That's it.

Looks pretty nice design UI so far, could use some more refining but the centre menu style? Hell no. Honestly, why do they keep reinventing the start menu? Ever since windows 8 introduced the Metro UI grid boxes nonsense, its been a cluttered, confusing mess. Windows, just stick back to the OG classic start menu from 95/98; its the most straightforward layout, stop with the "AI learning recommendation/suggestion" or having 3 different ways of accessing your apps BS.

Btw i have original windows 8 CD as OEM from the time i built my PC 8-9 years ago.
And Windows 10 cost like 15 euro buying the key online so why crack the windows ?
Never mind that when i bough the windows 8 i was really dumb cause i bought it from the same shop where i bought the parts and i spent like 90 euro for the windows that would of been better spent on better hardware for the PC

So for the people who like that sort of thing have it already for a long time anyways

i really dont like that design, i am going to stick to Windows 10 thank u
