I've used Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 on my laptop. Windows 7 was horrible. Many blue screens and laggy animations. Windows 8.1 was better. Now I'm using Windows 10. Miles better. It gave my old laptop new life. Smooth animations. Never faced any serious issues. Waiting for Windows 11. It will come in October or November. Everybody who want to install it format everything and install it from scratch to avoid issues.

Good. Windows 10's UI was starting to feel old. Same case with Android, which is also getting a UI overhaul with Android 12.

There is a lot to do with what hardware your computer have if it comes to performance and why would software update benefit from making the OS perform better on devices that are already long ago out of date ?

Moving the start button to the middle is just dumb thing to do. At least you have the option to have it on the left side or right side corner. I like it the way it is so i can have lots of apps open or just shortcut buttons. I just dont understand the need to make it look like MacOS It feels like it's a crime to stay unique and not copy dumb things from Apple

Only time will tell whether this has any meaningful upgrades, performance wise that is. Nobody with a brain cares for looks. Holiday season means what though? Like christmas time? Then it's a long long wait.
