Looks good and promising IMHO

Anonymous, 05 Jul 2021My iphone se 2 is a perfect thumb phone, wish the height wa... moreTrue. In fact, I want an Android of that size and that concept. iPhone 2SE is somewhat of a true flagship, in a very small frame, unlike what its mid range price suggests. Very capable indeed.
I wish one Android followed it, while keeping an overall strong presence in music & camera quality (even with lesser cameras).

Right now, I hold a LG G8x, a music oriented phone (192 grams, 6.4 inch) and last phone was Redmi 2 Prime (135 grams, 4.7 inch).
I'm not reserved against iOS, but I just can't shift to it after about 7 years on Android..

When people with 6.5 inch phones read about the iPhone 12 mini, they probably think of this size.

Anonymous, 05 Jul 2021The iPhone 12 mini flopped because of price, not size.I think size did play a significant role. The 12 and 12 mini had the same features yet most people payed more to get the 12 rather than save some money and get the same features in the 12 mini because people just prefer bigger phones nowadays. Maybe it had something to do with battery life which is a problem on most small phones.

Your Xperia X compact and xz1 compact weigh 137.4 and 143 grams and are 143.6 and 129 centimeters long. Then take the latest 6.5-inch phones and say they are better.

My 2nd phone 40$ Xperia X compact is much better than this..

Anonymous, 05 Jul 2021Just dont even bother and grap a used xz1 compact instead. ... moreI came to comment same thing, used xz1 compact for around $80 is much better than this.

For the fact that the phone has a USB c port is impressive on it's own

Useless phone in all aspects. Very weak specs. Compact? Yes but that small screen will kill your eyes.

The battery is a No No especially to an Android phone. Games can drain the battery easily. If I just to check e-mail, browse internet, Facebook, watch YouTube, use WhatsApp for a light use, I prefer a KaiOS phone instead of this. Mony needs a 3,000 - 6,000 mAh battery.

I think it’s name is wrongly spelled. I think it is Sony not Mony 🤔

So in essence it is like the Jelly Pro from Unihertz. Only what I see is slightly smaller, but with a better battery. Additionally the cameras of the Jelly aren't that nice, a least if my memory serves me right, than this one.
But the Jelly have a dual SIM + microsd slot and a (user) removable battery.

Yeah, why make a decent hand-sized phone, if you can go even smaller than practical and sell people an ususable pile of garbage with 7yo power efficiency just because "oh look how small". I'd prefer my 6yo chipset Android 9 Samsung S4 mini over it any day.

Mony - The Sony in a Pony..

Wouldn't it make more sense to use a modern chipset and then clock it down to conserve power to the extreme? Using ancient chipset and tiny battery just means phone will perform like it's from a decade ago.

You are better off Buying Nokia 3310 or 6300 4G which run Symbian smoothly than this garbage.
It's slow ,unresponsive at multiple times and it's only fast when you are running stock apps.
If you want your kids to have a first phone but won't be able to make calls, just get them iPod 2019. It's small, a remake of older iPhones and has great cpu and camera

The only ridiculous thing in this device is the 3 fake camera lenses. This is a joke I hope.
