Then you realise this is almost the same size as the motorola backflip,about which an article was published yesterday. Now there are comments that this size is unusable.

I prefer a thick pocketable 4-5inch phone rather than thin slippery 5+inch phone.

very hard to use with such a small screen, if they change the menu to suit smaller screen like Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini, then it would be better, but with such a small screen and standard android icons

Take a look at the "Unihertz Jelly 2" - much more usable!
Same screen-size, similar overall-size (albeit a bit thicker), better chipset and cameras, Dual Nano-Sim or Nano-Sim + SD-Card (up to 2TB, yes Terrabyte), 6GB/128GB, 2000mAh battery, Android 10, 3,5mm-jack, Infrared-emitter, USB-C.

I think they're playing with us. Either too small or too big. This is good but not for daily use. 12 mini is expensive.

That fake camera ruins it for me. Is it really necessary to copy apple in every way? A single lens is needed for a such simple device.

Definitely a phone that I would like to buy. Such phones have existed before though, for example the Unihertz Atom and Jelly which pack better specs. The specs on this are disappointing but I appreciate the company efforts. Can use this phone to replace my dumb phone which does calls and texts but lacks other features like WiFi or camera

I can understand if most people labelled the Mony as being too small. I mean the 1st gen Iphone SE is the definition of small phone for most people, and that one has a 4 inch display and slimmer body.

I've been a fan of small phones since years.
Sorry to say but this phone took small phone concept to extremes. So much that compromises are made to battery size, camera, chipset, almost everything.
Honestly a phone like Redmi 2 Prime would've been awesome- you could run everything you use on it, except high tech games. Audio quality was superb. 2200 mah battery was enough for a day on the dated 28nm chipset, Snapdragon 410, any later yet smaller chipset would've been even more awesome.
In the end it was a 4.7 inch screen, and weight was 135 grams. Simple & cool, isn't it?

for me, I could use it as a 4G wifi modem
just like what I do with my original SE right now
