Android--Master, 30 Jun 2021Above 100W fast charging should be standard in year 2022That's true... Let's make slowly killing phone batteries with 100W charging the norm in 2022.. lol and I'll bet you'll be the first to moan when your phone with 100W charge has lost 20% of its battery capacity within the first 5 months

AnonD-1004713, 30 Jun 2021Knowing Sammy, the difference between 45W and 25W will not ... moreThe difference is more seen on usage while charging. You will see the battery get charged while using the phone. With the 25w it takes another hour to get it fully charged, if you use the phone. Putting the phone away, gets it charged within an hour. Using vr doesn't even let the phone charge, because it uses more power than the charger can provide.

aggelos0518, 30 Jun 2021I don't think phones like the S21 FE are made for tech... moreExcept battery life, everything is good. Fan edition should be made with snapdragon chipset or even midrange snapdragon 7** chipset to keep price under check. No need of wireless charging and 108MP cameras. Decent day to day performance along with good display and good software support. Price it at 450-650 and never leave this price bracket and you will be fine,Samsung.

YUKI93, 30 Jun 202145W fast charging? Now that's more like it. I just hop... morePrice is very important. It should be very aggressive considering delay and Pixel Launch. Competition is very high in these price bracket. One Plus 8T/9/Axon 30 Ultra/Poco F3/Realme phone with master edition/IQOO 7/Legend/X60/X60 Pro are really good phones.

[deleted post]Where do you stay? You didn't get snapdragon version?
Snapdragon version is not that great too in terms of network reception and battery life. Performance is well optimized, but battery life is very poor. 4 and half hours at the max. That's terrible for moderate usage.

Of course, comparing phones with the same battery capacities. Because they are slowing down the charging speeds after 85% (same like Apple).
I predict 10 minutes difference between 25W and 45W, for a full charge. Not that important if you ask me.
If they really want to make some difference, they should jump to 65W or more.

And yet still no actual explanation on why s21 series got downgraded to 25w. S20 had 45w, the new s21 fe will have 45w.

In fact, you can't even come up with a concrete citation to justify your so-called 'niche feature' argument: https://www.soundguys.com/was-ditching-the-headphone-jack-a-good-idea-13825/
Do I have some more citation? Of course I do: https://www.firstpost.com/tech/news-analysis/apple-samsung-xiaomi-to-bundle-truly-wireless-earphones-with-their-flagship-phones-in-2020-report-7727701.html
