Phones these days a... moreApex Legends "Mobile" absolutely pales in comparison to the full fat Apex Legends the Switch runs (and can crossplay with console and PC), though. In fact, APM is so gimped that you can't even crossplay with the Switch and its half-decade old processor!

These are just incremental updates on NSwitch.
Oled will give you better screen and better battery life.

Nice to see OLED, I loved that on the PS Vita.
But OLED is not enough reason for me to upgrade my Switch, and that goes for the rest of the upgrades of this new model.
More like "great for those that don't have a Switch yet"

We are in the 4th year of switch, this is a mild update 3rd iteration of switch, the next generation switch will be released around 2023 or 24as generally Nintendo follow their 6 or 7year product life for their portable games console, Nintendo DS and 3ds followed this plan as well.
Next generation switch will feature power and performance closer to snapdragon 865 or even 888 and run 1080p with hdr visuals, probably near PlayStation 4 in terms of performance by then or even in-between PlayStation 4 pro and PlayStation 4.

X1 in switch can play lot of Triple A games even sd 888 phone can't do it.
Console are made with different kind of software, developers can access low level hardware and optimize games and take advantage of that hardware, it's impossible for os like Android.

In switch you get console quality games, most of these games you pay once and enjoy them for as long as you want, and they have better quality compare to those you find in Android.
