And hence they either make licensed or unlicensed copy of other non Chinese products with no investment on R&D so automatically a price of Chinese product will drop down. And it's a company's right to file lawsuit when someone who uses their patent without licenses because that company has to spend a log of money coming up with the patent.

Nokia is American owners, so I'm not surprise, they trying to do damage on, another mark. Like huawei, which given to ppl technology for affordable prices. Not like Samsung or apple. They make me sick!

Well that's the "smart" bit when you can't really put put out competing hardware at even more competitive prices. That said, it's quite hard to deny Nokia's place in mobile tech. They did pave the way since back in Symbian days so core techs from theirs are obviously worth the patents.
