Worst phone. I purchased in evening 6 and started using 8 pm around. Have heating issues and battery drains very fast. Will not reccomend anyone.

Before I updated the OS, my phone was fine. After updating, my battery started dying really quickly, when I charge my phone it is overheating. I get the "Temperature of the phone is too high" alert. The phone was extremely hot! I contacted support and they want me to recreate the problem which seems a little crazy. I definitely wont recommend OnePlus to anyone, all I seem to have are problems! Back to my old Xiaomi.

After the new update the battery drain way too fast.
Before the update I used to get about 7 hours of continuous screen on time. Now it barely makes it past 5 hours. And if you play any games such as pubg the phone goes from 100 to 0 in like 3.5 hours

Yes . I am also facing same issue in OnePlus Nord 2 5g which is launch recently. Battery drains very fast. Service is not good.
Just technical team suggest us follow this step, and try this. After that next team suggest next options which are not available with handset.
OnePlus and team is just making fool to people. I will also suggest not to buy OnePlus mobile phone. Xiaomi redmi is really best than OnePlus.

I got updates yesterday and updated to Oxygen OS 11.0.5.5.EB13DA but after updating oneplus launcher started crashing and tried wiping data/caches of application and wiped catches partition on mobile but issue not resolved.

The Android Freak, 12 Jul 2021This was much needed. WTF... The biggest issue i did ever noticed that battery Drain too fast. I hate this. I'll never suggest OnePlus Device to my any relatively person. Go to hell Oneplus

I got the update 2 days ago.
1. The phone overheated and now my fingerscanner dont work + a hazy "green sephia" is permanent burnt in.
2. Phone drains battery.
Before the update I didn't have any problem either with overheating or the battery draining.
