Huawei may resort to using Qualcomm chips for its P50 series, due to Kirin SoCs shortages

The Huawei P50 Pro will use the Kirin 9000 at first.

I think when kirin chips are out of stock they will use sd chip on all models. Nothing special and just as expected. These days huawei is focusing on chip shortage and trying to sort out no gms issue

          oh i will be waiting for the kirin version&
          will ony use kirin chip sets from now on

          &if i were 2 buy other brands like xiaomi
          i will be buying the ones using mediatek

                  I'm getting very impatient for this phone, i just hope they can do a release on August or I'll just end up getting the pixel 6

                    I find it hilarious by the fact that huawei owns a lot of, if not the most, patents for the 5g tech, yet they themselves aren't allowed to use it. Pardon me, but politics is quite an intriguing thing.
