That's not an appropriate term to express aspect ratio. The overall aspect ratio could be 21:9 (useful for social media users, not useful for nostalgic users though 🙃).
Otherwise, that's only possible for small screen sizes. Because, all recent smartphones except iPhones have 19:9 ratio or higher.

At least, that is my experience - the pen of the Note series was way too small
