        Guys remember, cinebench counts turbo boost on AMD chips, which artificially increases performance for big battery life losses.

                    As a developer, M1 is slow for me. I don't expect M1X to bring about a significant improvement in terms of performance. I don't care much for the energy efficiency since I keep my machine plugged in most of the time.
                    If you are an average user who primarily does web surfing, media playback and light photo/video editing, sure go ahead with M1X. It simply doesn't match my experience with similarly priced Windows laptops on a most of the tasks I do.

                        Amd ryzen 7 5800h is present on $1350 laptops.

                        Apple M1 chips are found on the $999(now $899 due to discount) macbook air.

                        For $450 more, you only get like 15%-ish more performance, and even then, the macbook air has better battery life. This, of course, does not account for turbo boost, cause it uses like 30% more battery life for that performance numbers(aka less efficiency).

                        Plus, the M1 is the entry-level chipset.
                        Rumors have it that the M1x's cinebench score will be 15000-ish, which means it'll beat the next gen of ryzen chipsets(ryzen 6000) without ANY turbo boost.

                                    I buy mac book pro in 2016
                                    In the year 2020 I haven't opened my Mac book pro for 8 months due to my health issue I went to my home town..
                                    When I came back and try to login.. it's saying wrong password..
                                    I went apple service they are saying that this product is outdated/vintage this mac book we cannot do anything.

                                    I strongly suggest don't go for apple products.
