Not sure which Poco and Xiaomi phones you used, but my Malaysian set Mi 9, Mi 9T and Redmi Note 8 never received ads.

John, 23 Jul 2021I don't. I'm not moving with the times, instead I... moreI agree, manufacturers are dropping audio jack purposefully so as to compel us to buy those crappy TWS. To me 3.5mm audio jack is a must have in a smartphone. More so for a gaming oriented phone like this Poco.
The F3 GT would have own my heart if it had the audio jack, but alas. The other phone that bitterly disappointed me in similar aspect was iQOO 7 Legend.

I own an F3 and i got it the very 1st day in our country via Lazada at only 280usd 6/128. It is a great deal!
Comparing to this, if this was released at the same time with f3, i should have gotten this.
I can easily trade sd870 to mt 1200 with bigger battery at 5000mah. I can live with only 2 cams, that 64mp plus an ultra wide (wished at least 13mp). I have learn to love macro photos since my poco f2 pro (still using now). But i can let it go for a better UW one.
Im not saying that i had a bad purchase. Far from it. But this deal is just awesome!

However, this phone has an Omnivision 64b sensor which is a mediocre sensor which is quite small by modern standards. The OV64C is their premium 64mp sensor but so far it is only available on the Lenovo legion 2

MIUI is better in fixing bugs and releasing updates. My brother got fed up by the bugs in realmi UI 2.0 and he is selling his phone on olx now. MIUI used to be horrible but now they fixed everything and realme UI has degraded from color OS

Oh really? This is GSMArena's word when they reviewed the Poco X3 Pro: "Some MIUI ROMs include ads in the default apps...". Still not enough? Here's the word from the Poco M3 review: "Ads are baked into some system apps - this is usually done to lower the phone's cost. We saw ads most often in the Security and Themes app, as well as part of the embedded virus scanner which pops up every time you install an app."
Still no ads, you say? 😒

Also, MIUI is beyond crap compared to the near-stock Realme UI. I had multiple experience with MIUI and I definitely won't be missing them especially on Poco-branded models since they have baked-in ads.

I'm not moving with the times, instead I dropped the wireless audio bandwagon and gone back to the wired headphones. I already grew tired of using Bluetooth and dongles, and I definitely won't embracing them back ever again.

Nord 2 wins in this aspect. Better suited for small hands and let's not forget about the camera.
