I'll wait for Google to return to the size of the Pixel 1 through 5 non-XL model. The smallest Pixel they made was actually the first gen non-XL. But perhaps it's not possible sporting a 90 and 120 Hz display, all those cameras, and a huge battery to support it.
Last small model Google may ever make is the Pixel 5. Then 4a. The regular 4 was actually a little taller than the 2 and 3. People can diss it and be stuck with cheaper Chinese phones with MIUI or EMUI on it. I like that with Google's own SoC, it's now possible for 5 year support.

No one admits Apple is doing "their own thing" even though they are literally doing that as they design both hardware and software that's entirely different than what everyone else uses with entirely separated ecosystem. Google now makes some of their hardware and software is basically the same as every single other Android phone with few minor details. Same thing as everyone else is doing... Google is in fact competing with everyone else within their ecosystem using same features as they do. That's the problem Google is facing now. They let everyone else be good at their own OS and ecosystem and now they're tapping into it trying to differentiate themselves from the rest. It's gonna be tough if not nearly impossible. People liked Google's own phones because they were affordable and free from junk. Now that they aren't affordable anymore, what's stopping people from using Samsung instead in similar price range? Nothing. They also come with Google's everything. People even "stole" GCam from them lol.

Ohi, 03 Aug 2021I agree they are superior in some services But privacy ai... more"Tensor" is based on Samsung's latest Exynos generations as far as we managed to gather info. It'll be competitive in the top range for sure. Unlike SD765 in Pixel 5 which was fine. And just fine.
