Report: sales of Samsung Galaxy S21 series are lower than S20, S10 sales

And by quite a margin too. Samsung is reportedly hoping that the Exynos 2200 with an AMD GPU to boost interest and sales of the S22 models.

Well deserved, to copy apple they removed USP of S series like 2K curved screen ( tiny curve of S20 was perfect), plastic is unacceptable on a device with that price as low sales are clear evident of this, and numerous other miscellaneous factors also included.

    Well, 99.9% of tasks you can do on S21, you can do them also on S10. And even more, all S10 series phones have 3.5mm audio jack with microSD slot, which is also a big plus for many. Nowadays I really see no point to upgrade every year or even every two years.

              I'm really happy about this happening, not a big fan of Chinese companies and not that glad they'll surpass Samsung soon, but hopefully this will help to make them understand that selling phones with average screens and plastic backs at flagship prices is not a good idea at all.
              Plus, they removed the charger, the SD slot, downgraded the sceen and the build quality. This is absolutely the worst Galaxy S line up ever made. They got what they deserve. I guess I'll hold onto my S10 until the last Note arrives.

                Oh Samsung and pls bring back the Record-Video small red button placed on the main camera UI in photo mode -- that was an awesome way to capture videos before the moment is lost (until one switches from Photo to Video mode). That was an awesome feature.

                  S21 Ultra Exynos still has pretty terrible cell reception compared to Chinese phones (and perhaps the Snapdragon version, I don't know). It also had flaky Bluetooth but that seems to have gotten fixed recently. Also my old P30 Pro's UI feels snappier. Other than that it's a good phone, apart from the snail-speed charging.

                    Copying Apple again might have cost Samsung again,they could have easily gain more consumers to there phones with the micro sd card slot,on the S21 models,even the Note 20 users would have kept loyal to there phones,because of card slot,plus Samsung phones get more expensive every year,just by copying the Apple trend,and when your phone is so expensive and then when you break your screen Samsung phones are more expensive to repair

                      If only Samsung would listen to me:

                      1) 1440×3200p displays on all models
                      2) At least 5x optical zoom periscopes on vanilla S21 and S21+ models
                      3) Use their Vision 33D scanner to challenge Apple's LiDAR
                      4) Bring Dual Pixel Pro AF to the Ultra's 108mp camera

                      There's so much more I can mention, why is Samsung doing this to their own phones?

                        time for Samsung to understand that going back to basics is the best thing. S10+ is where they did their best and after that, they are literally copying apple. No SD card, n0 3.5mm, no premium materials in base models, no accessories. Apple can get away with anything because they have monopoly over their OS. Samsung have to understand that, android has a lot of competitors. I mean just look at Xiaomi note 10 pro. In my country it is 5 times cheaper than the base variant of S21. if you don't consider the display and camera.. there are few things that phone does better. What is wrong with Samsung? Their S21 feels like an A series midrange phone. Even their S20 FE 5G is better with snapdragon chips. I am not complaining about chips here.. infact I use S10+ with exynos and I don't have any issues with general performance. As long as you don't game, even the S9 is enough. But worse display? Worse build? I won't switch and definitely won't pay premium for that

                          People are waking up, they just don’t buy Android flagships anymore, got screwed too many times by these companies and this is the result.

                              Samsung discontinued the only phone I was interested to buy that is the S10e. That phone was manageable in size, good performance and display, cameras and also had a 3.5 mm jack although I wouldn't care for the lack of it

                                  this is what happens when u remove sdcard slot and 3,5mm... only reason i still sit on s10+ as main phone.

                                    Galaxy S21 low sales is still way better than any Pixel's overall sales.

                                    The Pixel 6 and 6 Pro will be the first Pixels to not receive any unlimited Google Photos of any kind. Not even the high quality/storage saver one.

                                    If you still want unlimited Google Photos storage, you need to pick up the Pixels released from 2016-2020. Looks like I'm getting the original Pixel to have unlimited storage in original quality for life.

                                      They are blatantly increasing the premium phone prices every year and now they wonder why the sales are low. This goes for almost all the companies out there. Only the foldable phones can get away with it since they are a new tech currently

                                        One iphone 12 mini has more sales then ALL s21 generation! Nobody needs compact smartphones...
