The chin is helpful against false touch input, especially with one handed use as the palm covers quite a bit of the corner.

As far as I have experienced, all phones have bugs. For example, the Samsung A52 I am using now has this Bluetooth bug that rendered it sometimes unable to connect with other devices and I have to restart the phone to make it work again. My second phone is a Mi 9T and I used to have problem with delayed notifications until I discovered it can be rectified with some settings tweak. Overall, minor bugs but not really deal-breakers for me.

      usually the ribbon are connected to the bottom of display
      if you want to completely do away with chin, the display gotta make the display a little bit longer, then sacrifice the longer part, and tuck it / bend the ribbon
      more costly less profitable

        I think this mi mix 4 changing the rear display to UDC. I hope the camera performance will upgrade over mi 11 ultra. Let see..

              I'm happy for Xiaomi
              They'll probably get to the number one brand sooner or later
              But the big question is :

I think this is a co... moreThere is no copyright or anything, it's just too costy for companies and makes screen replacement super expensive. So it's just not worth it. Still I'm sure when underscreen cameras are a thing this would be the next trend since the technology is not ready for real upgrades, like new battery or camera technologies.

                          Mis Series has always given somethig outlandish.
                          I won't be surprised if this phone comes with rumoured 200 MP Shooter. with 16:1 Pixel binning.

                            Xiaomi phone. It’s like having big muscle but don’t have the nerve to control those muscle.
                            [ me myself were using xiaomi phone [ tons of bugs, i’ll have to live with those bug for several month 😢]

                            As for tablet i’ll probably buy the huawei matepad 11 over mipad 5 as xiaomi was taking 2years off of the tablet market [have a lot to catch up in android tablet]

                            And i know why they still using usb c 2.0 when others [samsung] have moved to 3.1 for their flagship
