Anonymous, 11 Aug 2021Even the iPad Pro and Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ don't have it.Apple is Apple and they expect their customers to allow them to dictate how to use their devices, often at additional costs. Samsung is following but both of them are leaving a bit of room at the low end, the base model iPad still has the headphone jack as do many low end Samsung devices, hence my comment, they should keep the jack, at least at this price point.

* used heavily as main computer till now, still fast enough to do video editing on iMovie
* still gets OS updates and it will get next year's update too
* battery can still last 8 hours of browsing, still the same battery it came with
