Exynos versions are going to have lesser market availability than sd ones? The roles are reversed now. Just when I'm getting excited for that rdna gpu.

If anything, that S22 will compete with iPhone 12/13. The mini is still leagues ahead on its own league, and only another s10e could compete with it

Every other phone manufacturer experimenting with display sizes goes to show how well-researched iPhone display sizes are - given the fact they stick to a consistent size for long periods of time.

S21 was already a refreshed version of S20, why make S22 series a refreshed version of a refreshed version, especially in times of all-time low sales?
I really hope that at least they lower the prices significantly compared to S21 series, this is their only saving grace.

Shame they're dropping the Exynos chip now when it's just got to the point where it competes well with Snapdragon. More choice on the market is always better for us consumers. Snapdragon will have less incentive to push forward with no direct competition.
