Sony Xperia 10 III Lite quietly unveiled in Japan: half the storage lost, eSIM gained

20 August 2021
This Lite model is almost exactly the same as the original, except it comes with 64 GB storage, lacks a dual-SIM version and FM radio.

blue.sun, 20 Aug 2021Sony's LCD were dim and poorly calibrated.Did you have XZ2? No. That's why you are talking such nonsense. Go ahead buy one used and be amazed how Sony's LCD looks very similar to OLED of the time. Except it\s not doing frequence shift like S8 did. Oh and btw S8 OLED was dimmer than XZ2 unless set on auto diimming.

kek, 20 Aug 2021this. Sony literally dropped LCD for no reason at all. Thei... moreYou're literally complaining about the SINGLE good aspect of this phone.

1, 20 Aug 2021Who cares if they have better processors when their OS sucks.Couldn't have been more true. Xiaomi thinks that they can mask their poorly-optimized MIUI with a powerful chipset. Since I started to use Sony, I definitely don't think of that anymore. Chipset isn't everything.

[deleted post]Lol, what a complete joke. MIUI is THE MOST poorly-optimized custom Android skin I have ever experienced in my whole life, especially for Poco phones. It was so freaking bad that I ended up flashing custom ROM with stock AOSP UI to it. Now though, it doesn't bother me anymore as I have totally left Xiaomi bandwagon and now using Sony phones and I absolutely don't regret it at all. In fact, I don't even miss Xiaomi in the slightest.

SuuperBaka, 20 Aug 2021"Sony's LCD were dim and poorly calibrated."... moreHow? Technically. I don't know whether it was a problem of the LCD itself or a problem of software, but reality was simply poor.
Don't like the fact? It doesn't change the fact. I like Sony, but I'm probably never going to buy another their product.
