Also had only 20Watt charging. So lasted so long. And I guess you might have not charged your 3T overnight. All batteries from 6T/7T are facing battery drain issues even on custom rom.

So big, as far as smartphones goes, that several manufacturers has separate models just to cater for that market specifically. 71 million units in the first six months of this year.

That's a very customer friendly and generous offer from OnePlus. Can't imagine a company like Apple, ever ever doing that. Even when they were in that battery related controversy years ago, the most they offered was $29 for the replacement

My OP3 phone still running with no battery issues.
After these long years also, I don't know why battery didn't degrade.
Totally no any issues with phone either.
What a solid phone they made ever..

Been using the oneplus 3 from 2016, battery started degrading so its just on time with this free replacement.

Get rid of your One Plus phones and get onboard with Redmi Note or Realme pro series. They are better than One Plus for sure.

NOTHING is 'free'. The purchase price 'includes' a second battery but NOT the cost of fitting it. This is false and misleading advertising.

Why dont everyone come up with battery standard, like AA and AAA, for mobiles? shaped like pepper mint gum packets... Don't tell me it is rocket science..the only reason is money.
