Sometimes it's suggest for issues but rarely the required steps. And that's for either platform. But not usually needed on either.

Also no, my iPhone XR never required factory reset and hasn't crashed one single time in 3 years. Works exactly as fast as the day I bought it 3 years ago.

Lag. I have and know people who have IPhones, I have seen them lagging to the point where an Android actually looks better. Not to mention the battery drain on my dads IP11 is horrendous after the last update.
