They actulally better go back to their old designs.
Their newest phones look generic flagship phones. Even the OnePlus 7 and 8 Pro did better at them.
Also just improve the camera experience, after paying that $170 million to Hasselblad.

However, that ultrawide lens with low distortion really shows what an old-school lens powerhouse such as Hasselblad can do. Furthermore, the DOL-HDR elevates video recording to a whole new level.
Those are two very objective points that anyone who isn't blind can easily check and come to the obvious conclusion: "it's not just a gimmick."

Please don't go for curve screen. I am waiting for flat design like that of recent iPhones which seems way cooler and premium look. I can't wait any longer for better design now as I have been waiting for. This might be my last wait for new phone from OnePlus or I'm gonna go look another brand. Thank you. Keep growing.

There is no doubt OnePlus produce an excellent smartphone from starting until now, that's why we are still keep in touch with the product... While the smartphone they built becoming more towards common built... That's because it's more acceptable by people... You can't expect a company to create an alien smartphone which only get to be known by only a certain population of human... The company will need to have sufficient profit in order to makes the living...

S21 ultra's curved... moremake that minus 2, i guess...
i also prefer flat display over rounded display...
i somehow like a curved one, but the concave one, like curved tvs or the lg g flex or lg g4... but definitely not rounded...
i am trying to understand how rounded display looks good or more practical... images are distorted on the sides... accidental touches seemed to improve too... screen protector? case? when it bumps, the risk of cracked display is high...
but ye... aesthetics? i dont think so... but i might find a reason for such in the future, who knows...

I am just wondering how many Oneplus Marketing department employees here!!! because defending the brand like their own company! only kids do these kind of arguments and bring the so called facts to make them look like winning the battle but i dont think anyone else than those kids would have spent here to prove anything! but its really good because Oneplus like companies should know their business running to end soon so they can make something really worth!

Oneplus still sells these at $399 with occasional specials at $349. Very solid phone. The only things really giving up are 5G (my TMoble 4G LTE+ works quite well) and there will be only one more major upgrade to Android 12.
