Its probably Google doing that so you'll be forced to buy a newer version of their phones I' have a 3A and noticed it's not working how it used to and it's definitely the software fault not hardware

Why do I always get the shit end of the stick when it comes to phones. Galaxy s2: GPS bug (GPS unusable, solution... buy a new phone -Samsung) Nexus 6p: CPU failure (Huawei: Google's fault, Google: Huawei's fault. Me: Guess I'll eat a dick.), Pixel 3XL: Jr programmer pushes update that bricks a bunch of phones, probably. (Google: Out of warranty, sorry but hey there's the pixel 6 and 6 pro coming in a few months.)

3XL bricked about a month ago.
Glad I kept my 2XL and it still works surprisingly well in the meantime.

Mine just bricked over the weekend. Charged overnight and BAM. She gone. Google needs to fess up. For what they cost, this should totally be covered. May have to switch to apple.

My Pixel 3XL developed the dreaded "black screen of death" on Saturday. I'll be receiving a replacement tomorrow. Hopefully the replacement will work until I can get a Pixel 6 PRO!!!
