vivo X70 and vivo X70 Pro bring improved cameras

    Hi res 2x is also great, so is 4.4x, but a lot depends on processing, likes of Vivo get it beautifully, others its like pure upscale, whats the point, so I guess they went low res because are incapable of bringing real hi res results.(or think bigger is better, even though its mobile phone in the first place...not medium camera)

      8mp for telephoto isn't enough....8mp 4/3=6mp in 16/9 mode ...not enough for a 4k screen...

                  vrvly, 09 Sep 2021Try to compare ''quality'' of 8mp vs 64... moreMe too. I don't mind having a small Megapixel for an ultrawide camera since it doesn't do any zooming. But when it comes to telephoto cameras, it definitely needs a large Megapixel since it heavily involves digital cropping. Samsung and Xiaomi seem to get it right with the S20 Ultra and the Mi 11 Ultra respectively.

                    Try to compare ''quality'' of 8mp vs 64mp tele lens. I would surely enjoy second one.

                        Very good looking phones and great pricing.

                          Too bad high end Vivos are not in my country :(
                          I am quite curious to see first Vivo X70 Pro vs. Pixel 6 Pro camera comparison.
                          Google ISP vs. Vivo one ... same camera, different algorithm.

                            Vivo x60 >>>> Vivo x70 anyday

                              The X70 Pro+ is just a beast with only 2 drawbacks: the increased screen size and the plank on the back next to the camera, otherwise it's just amazing.

                                      captain fokou, 09 Sep 2021The pro looks sweet Looks not bad but a little on the expensive side. For example the pro model is more expensive than say a find x3 which more or less matches it for cameras (apart from telephoto) but beats it for everything else e.g screen, processor and dual speakers. Probably worth spending the extra 900rmb for the x70 pro+ if going for any of them. Quite a big jump in specs

                                        Dimensity 1200 should have been the pro version cuz It's better than 1080
