    Sad that you buy a new device and it's already slow from the start haha

          evilboy, 10 Sep 2021if this doesn't have av1 decode then not buying it.It does support AV1 decoding. Google requires any new android TV devices launched from now on to have AV1 decoding.

          So this is actually a decent upgrade.

              Why do these companies keep insisting in 1GB ram...2GB ram in Android devices? I've played with some of these Android boxes like the Xiaomi and they all lag like crazy when you start to install apps etc...
              4GB ram should be the minimum in Android...

                And you can install other service too in fire stick.

                It's google who copied fire os interface when they released Android tv.

                      Seems like they are trying to compete with the new Google Chromecast or was it Google that was trying to compete with Amazon.

                      Google does allow everyone, Disney, Apple, Amazon & Netflix on their device.
