That guy said hardware and i can o... more"Poor hardware" and then have consistently one of the best chipsets in the industry, cameras always among the best, haptics have been so good on iPhones the old "home" button felt like it was a clickable button and it was just a solid touch surface, storage has been NVMe across ALL iPhones for many years . But sure, iPhones totally have "weak" hardware lol

Personally i think there is nothing new about that Iphone 13, its pretty much the same as the Iphone 12. (Same tech, same design, just an upgrade in SoC)

The software experience on M... moreyou probably didn't see the post i was replying to. It was about why someone should buy such an expensive phone. And guess what Mi 11 Ultra is indeed very good but not cheap either so of course it should offer the best of the best. You always get what you pay for. That doesn't apply though for cheap phones with good hardware and that was my point.
So far the best companies that offer vfm phones are mostly Xiaomi and Redmi and for the iPhones only the expensive ones are worth it.
Not sure where you come from (or in which year you live in) but in my world if you are planning to spend a lot you never think of Xiaomi but instead go for iPhone or Samsung.

Honestly, the most interesting device that Apple announced was the mini. Not the mini that most people are instinctively thinking about first but the iPad mini. It's followed by the Apple Watch 7. Too bad I have no interest in either of them.
If you plan to spend a grand on a phone, that display better bend. And I don't mean like the iPhone 6 Plus or Nexus 6P did. Or have two displays. Z Folds/Flips and Duo are the only fun devices currently out there.
Right now, I can put this Flip 3 on my dashboard. Bend it slightly and place it like an open book. Initiate a split-screen in landscape. Left side can be YouTube. Right side is playing NBA Street Vol. 2 using a Bluetooth controller and AirPods.
Flip series = Game Boy Advance SP
Fold series & Surface Duo = DS/3DS
All of those can stand on their own. No kickstand required. Easier to consume media and for multitasking. Apple and Google are so behind the times.
