In the global rom, I haven't had any problems with netflix. It doesn't revert back to Widevine L3 or crashes.

bro the pen is so buggy I cant even update it and it keeps on disconnecting it is so useless for me right now, the pen costed me 3,700 pesos. Do you guys have any idea how to fix this problem? How do I update it? it always says that update failure.re attach the pen and stuff...

Need to delete all Netflix data, reboot device and relog again to get FHD. But Netflix will crash any time, so fedup with this.

I buyed the Xiaomi pad 5 global version a week ago and watched a lot of Netflix on it with full hd and HDR resolution. But yesterday I got kicked out of Netflix so I logged in again and as soon as I wanted to watch there only was sd available and it showed that my devices only supports widevine 13. But if I look it up on the drm info app it says I have widevine L1. I tried everything. Anyone experienced the same issue?

I was looking forward to S7FE, but this one price/performance killed the reason. 350€vs500€ difference is just insane.
Great battery performance and better chip also helps that decision, 1.5" more on S7FE screen size is not worth that money considering the rest of specs. S7FE is just too pricy now in comparison.

But atleast it has features unlike ipad which has nothing but some features it put in ipad os which were on andriod years ago. Im not a fanboy either. I bash xiaomi as well. I'm a neutral type of guy. And I think the display might be a dealbreaker for some. Nobody needs 5 years of updates on tabs. They are used ofr productivity and art and notes etc not like regular use. Or they could be used as watching movie like a compact laptop. Especially with today tablets with dolby vision hdr 10 for maximum quality. And better soc doesn't matter much. Who needs an a13 when u've got an sd 860 which can almost match an sd 865(which is mostly on par with a13)
