and we're not gonna discuss that the Zenfone 8 with its 5.9" screen was able to fit a 4000 mAh battery all the while having 5G and a headphone jack w/IP67 water and dust resistance for around $600. Really???

      [deleted post]I just wish Sony didn't mess up the termals this year, sure 888 is a hot chip, but after holding both Xperia 1 ii and iii, the latter got hot from simple tasks like browsing, the 1 ii only under unrealistic benchmarks.

          And make the 898 a Ultra exclusive or something like that.

                    My phone has a Snapdragon 855, my battery is 3550mAh and yet I get 1.5 to 2 days of battery life with SoT at around 6+ hours.

                    Meanwhile 888 would probably get 4 hours of SoT at best with such battery.
