It's just a mobile o... moreYes you are right about Microsoft, they build their OS almost 4 dacades, but I have to disagree with you with Apple, yes iOS is also just a mobile software that they have developed, but for the MacOS, during MacOS V1 to V8.5 yes MacOS developed their own OS then but when MacOS V10 or so called MacOS X is just like Linux behind was Unix OS and Apple Create an interface(Make-Up) and resale it, so for me they always take others and make them their own and tries to sue others that have the same as them that sales overturn better then them, actually they try to sue google for their android OS but Google didn't produce any hardware so they can't touch them and samsung is just a rising star and that was their good target for sqeezing out some juices for their lost or sales drop.

The note 2 is big and very b... moreThis post actually made me sick... check out the tablets battery lol if you really think 5.55 inch phablet should have 3500-4000mAh loooooool... I own the note 2 btw and pretty handy and the battery is impressive and yeah it lasts for a long time

i dont understand why Samsung is forcing so hard to upgrade its product so fast that its previous version even have have much time to be used by people. may its hate with Apple. so they can increase the contract time with them.....who knows what ???

Quad core is already an overkill. 8 cores would be like killing the other competitors, resurrecting them and killing them again. Badass Samsung.

Yes, we know that this processor will function only four cores at a time, but then the fact is it still has 8 cores in total anyway. So what's the fuzz about calling this octo-core? Is it too hard to swallow the fact that Apple doesn't even have the capacity to make its own processors? I would love to see Windows Phone and Android take Apple out of business. Apple have been bad, and deserves some good spanking.

Correct me if I'm wrong again, but I think Apple did issue a statement a few months ago saying they won't be having Samsung anymore as their iOS processor manufacturer. Then a couple of weeks or so ago, Apple issued another statement saying they will continue working with Samsung, and then a few days later Samsung issued its own statement saying they will raise the prices for the processors they make for iOS devices, and Apple has been speechless about this. I love Flipboard on both my iPhone 5 and Galaxy S3, it keeps me up to date on relevant news

Wait - this will mean widgets can move faster, fantastic. Ohh, and facebook will also open faster and may their games actually goes faster.

by the time who the heck... moreWhen phones and tablets will run Crysis, laptops will run way heavier games, say, fractal graphics, maybe...
And Desktops will be as always way more powerfull than laptops, and it goes on.
You now, PS1 was weaker than most of the PCs on 1998, and does this made it useless? Still sold a lot. Even when computers had a lot better graphics. Laptops came, and the best ones match good desktops, wich still survived.
One doesn't kill the other. It's about the use. Hardcore addicted gamers will probably cary always a powerfull laptop. And most of the people don't have the money to afford a this grade cellphone/tablet.

its good to have quad core -A15 in S4 and what about GPU ????? i want Mali T678 in Note 3 ... i m waiting for it .... and do some thing about wireless charging as well.... keep it up Samsung

google working on improve web page scroll lag,frame drop and battery life.And next year SAMSUNG will release 128GB or higher NAND FLASH with insane speed of 300 MBPS TO 400 MBPS data speed... android 5 comes out with these improvements with 8 core CPU+GPU combo
