As far as today's display area requirements Pixel 5 is the right size in my opinion. 145* 70.5 (h*w).

Who knew 146 mm in height is now considered compact? Been using an iPhone SE1 for months. Now that's compact. It's so compact, I felt the 12 mini was kinda bulky compared to it.
What surprises me is how manageable it is using a Flip 3 which is 166 mm in height when unfolded. It's such a tall phone. But I got used to it quickly. It's narrowness helped. Didn't need a long transition period going from 124 mm with an SE to 166 mm.

all this hype is good. but i hope they dont disappoint further in terms of other things apart from battery. I mean its about time samsung also goes for dual e-sim like apple. its about time they go for 12/16 gb ram with 512gb storage if they cant provide an sd card. its about time they bring back 3mm jack when it has actually become a niche thing among flagship and can seriously influence buyer's decision. hope there wont be any downgrade in terms of audio from speakers. And overall if they really want it to create a havoc in market, price would matter most. they can make it with a plastic back to bring the price down. keep three lenses only. and skip wireless charging maybe. its nothing impossible. they've made such phones before. if they are going after apple asus pixel, they should do it right. otherwise whats the point. i so want this compact s22 to become a world best seller. about time samsung gets the reward for its contribution to the smartphone industry over so many years.
