    Voting for a phone should end six months after its release date because after six months the technology used becomes obsolete upto a certain extent,people will give it a much poorer score thus not reflecting the phones true impact upon release for example the nokia 3310 or n95 would probably have a 9 plus rating in its time but nowadays rate as a 1 or 2.

        Android Phones: D = 9, F = 10, P = 10

        Windows Phones: D = 10, F = 9, P = 10

        iOS Phones: D = 2, F = 1, P = 1

        Are those votes valid? Those are not all 10's and 1's right? Fanboys will still vote that way and thats a problem. I suggest each moderators can vote too, like Chavis, Peter, Vince, Prasad (all 10's on iPhone...) and others, and we users can view there (unbiased) votes.

        P.S. I dont vote that way. Thats just a sample. (;

                        loggedd in users can also point extreme votes

                        but a really good move not completely good enough

                        i suggest you to make a team to make scores for the phones so that the expert opinions and public opinions should be averaged.
