SAMSUNG please hire this imaging guru so that you could produce your own camera not to rely from Sony.

Yeah I would love to see Damian Dinning be part of Samsung mobile.

Nokia N8, 23 Nov 2012Officially United States government since this month choose... moreThis is a very good comment. Im not a fanboy of any company. Besically, i like them all Nokia, Samsung, Apple etc and I know this is off the main subject. Ive seen so many lately about court fights between Apple and Samsung and we all know the whole thing should stop! I have seen lately Samsung adding latest iPhone and iPads to the list "to be banned" and i personaly think its a bad decision. Does Samsung really thinks that Apple products can be banned and removed from sale? Well,,, its rather not possible purely due to these huge investments that governments arround the globe made to swich to Apple as their main communication technologies supplier. Samsung please, as i really do like your products, let it go! You will not win with governments!

okay nokia, that's enough! fired elop and try to move to android market as huge market demand. 1 super model only can make new level position for you.

potatosalad, 23 Nov 2012oh my god. the camera guru from nokia will leave. what now ... moresarcastic. why nokia focused on their camera phones these past years because they couldn't get their OSes into competition. while android and iOS were leaders. now nokia has windows 8 as flagship so dinning is not a loss anymore. maybe dinning find himself useful in kodak or cannon for their developments.

If you don't disclose the information to your current employer about where you are moving next, then by law, the current employer cannot force you to disclose that information. Also, it will be the headache of the next company's legal team to sort out the issue about non-compete/non-disclosure details. These sort of things happen every day at different job levels all around the world.

I know plenty of people in the government sector who use Android and Windows platforms and they love their phones. Moreover not all government agencies are into it. Besides, apps developed for Apple are likely to have an Android counterpart and sometimes Windows counterpart too. If not then it is simply anti-competitive and monopolistic practice which the law discourages big time.
