I am also fan of Huawei and Honor but all the Honor 50 series is unfo far from being VFM... At about the price of Honor 50 lite one could get the Honor 50 while the Honor 50 pro should be much better in all its aspects.

Honor is the sub brand Huawei uses to get Google Services. It shows the perversity of that chinese company Huawei. I am surprised the USA still allow Honor to use Google...

These are countries that rely on US intelligence agencies and were pressured into making statements against Huawei. No evidence has ever been presented to show Huawei is a security threat. British intelligence agencies had vetted Huawei telecommunications equipment and didn't find a single security threat. So, yes, everything against Huawei is a US lie.

Remember that every single person has their own preference when it comes to which is "better" for them. Me, my family and most people I know around me are using Huawei and the only problem I've heard from them so far is the lack of GMS. I don't assume that I'll be too affected by it but I'm not at the point where I want to change my phone as of yet. So, I'm still sticking with my 3 year old Nova 4 that comes with GMS. I have bought a couple of Samsung, a Vivo and more recently a Xiaomi for my wife and children but I can conclude that each one of them are lacking in some places compared to my Huawei. I think it's because I've been using Huawei for 5-6 years (my previous one was a Mate 9 Pro-still have it albeit with a broken screen) and gotten pretty familiar with it's EMUI. If you ask my personal opinion, I will no doubt claimed that Huawei is a better product overall FOR ME. The point is, you don't get to say which is the better product for the mass.

look like huawei ? it's huawei in disguise. the sale of honor I don't for a moment unless it's being bought by a european or american or other nations not having close tie with china then I will believe honor is truly a independent company, it didn't even bother to have a new name as sometimes new owner would change to a new name to disassociate itself.

But you are somehow convinced that it's a big lie, because you take a dictatorship's claims at face value.... Sure, you must be right. In the meantime, most of us in the West stick to Samsung and Apple. Better products overall, too.
