16 October 2021
The source reaffirms earlier info for a 50MP IMX766 main camera too.

Anonymous, 18 Oct 2021766, no OIS. Sounds like a oneplus 9. Is this the new trend... moreyeah which renders those good sensors useless in low light and handshakes... They are crazy... it seems that is the only way they can differentiate the mid range from flagships, no OIS and intentionally bad camera processing

766, no OIS. Sounds like a oneplus 9. Is this the new trend now, not to include OIS on larger sensors on mid rangers?

Why not Release Reno 6 (5g) in pakistan...?

Not bad. Maybe this is the vanilla reno 7 specs and the reno 7 pro+ has imx 776 instead dof 766.

Seems impressive on paper but how will it fair in real world performance, gaming, what is the cpu speeds? When a phone is so cheap for the spec you got to ask yourself is this gonna dive?

Don't ever buy Oppo Reno phones when launched because the prices will drop like crazy only after 2 to 3 months, unless you like steep depreciation. Oppo Reno 6 Pro launched at $600 will be offered for $400 during sale when the Reno 7 series arrived. The difference in specs is negligible on the newer models anyway, so might as well save your hard-earned money.

This brand has become totally obsolete.
The Reno series has started with iconic shark fin can nd periscope lense and the first phone was easy replace for Huawei's p30 pro which was already the fantastic device.
Now they've literally nothing to upgrade.. just bring 10-15% faster processor nd downgrade cameras that's it.
No 120hz display on midrangers, no >4500 battery, no ip ratings nor Qi, nd compromises in cam, build nd software too. But increase the prices insanely.

Lpddr4x lol, how else uses it?

its like the reno series have no changes whatsoever
its like they are launching this series for no particular reason
and in terms of innovation they are going back(reno3 with ois and tele) or on par with previous models(reno4,5,6)

It seems like new Reno phones come out like every 4 months.. Insane
