You get a free pair of Bose via redemption (you have to claim them) all people will do is sell them on eBay or Facebook marketplace, Effectively bring down the cost of what you paid for the phone. If you paid £600 for the pixel 6, sell the headphones for £130 (even though they're worth 350) that works out you've paid £470 for the phone

Give me solid camera review, I seriously do not care for anything else :D
Many might find that it does XXX in antutu and peak brightness is 800+ nits really thrilling, but I use my Pixel phones as portable camera, multimedia centre, backup web viewer etc. those are areas where Pixel 5 was already on par with any other device on the market (or better).

Since larger channel reviewers get the phone about 2 months in advance, and the smaller guys only get it for a few days prior, it ensures that the bigger channels do not play damp squib, with their much earlier and detailed reviews.
The pixel team should have ensured that everyone gets it around the same time, instead. That would have been a better way to deal with this.
The embargo creates unnecessary suspicions.

I do not think this is a bad phone. Not at all. It is probably quite good, but one thing I am slightly worried is about the review embargo. Why is Google so actively blocking actual reviews? I just feel there might be something wrong with it. I just do not know what and how bad.
