The success of android foundation based on gingerbread. so it is the time to take decision for upgrade the all gingerbread phone to ICS/GB. otherwise android user will be demoralized in future for use this OS.

Just proof that all the fandroids that scream project butter smoothness are still on gingerbread. I dont know how they could defend something that dont even have. I have 4.1.1 its no big deal and buggy and yes there is lag and no my phone is a samsung galaxy s3 with quadcore and 1gb of ram. I bet my left nut your phone doesn't even compare

I think you need different approach.
All must get 4.xx android, but you can choose what phone can use (hardware dependent).
Still, even in JB4.2 there is lack of options for mobile provider. I live at border to other country, so i have to have manually selected provider. But if i drive to other town in my country, phone do not want to use other (in country) provider, because it's set to manual.
What i need is option Automatic for my Country, and a list of providers i can sort (in country or outside).

dang seeing the abbreviation JB makes me wanna punch my monitor. i was just joking but android 2.3 will definitely be the most influential of all android versions out there

i guess GB is still dominant because the Android hype starts big during the era of GB, and since then there are so many updates (like in 1-2 year bam, JB 4.2 is out), but people already stuck with their phone with no updates from the phone company and afraid of rooting their phone...
