At least the notch doesn't look as intrusive as it looks on the iPhones but it still looks stupid.

Anonymous, 26 Oct 2021It’s not the OS that’s dumb. It’s the user, trust me I used... moreUh...not exactly. I also use both for work, but MacOS is getting frustrating to use (see my comment below) while Windows 10 (haven't tried Win11 yet) is getting better especially after WSL.
True, for command line apps you can do anything on Mac, but that is also true for Win10+WSL. But for GUI, MacOS haven't seen much change since I first use it in Leopard era, and that was almost a decade ago.
MacOS indeed great, and more features being added also means a good thing. Unfortunately, the core issues are still there and Apple seems to make us forget about those by giving new features.
Win10 is also great but it has its own weaknesses too, but personally I'll choose Win10.
In short, just choose the one suitable for your needs.

All these feature updates and additions looks very cool indeed. People with multiple Apple devices will have their workflow even more seamless. Just hoping that this new OS optimized for my intel Mac as well.
But Apple, you always seems to forget to update the core function on MacOS: the Finder. It is waaay less intuitive than Windows Explorer, and keyboard navigation sucks (who the hell decide that Return/Enter button calls renaming function?). Also, Fullscreen on MacOS apparently equals to virtual desktop. So confusing.
