Nokia have the wrong strategy, why only invest in WP,

Continued development of Belle rather then windows would have paid off much more.
There is still time to continue Belle or Android or both, but windows phone come on.....
Pureview is great but demand is more then photo shooting.

Personally, I have always believed Nokia to be the best handset manufacturer of all time in previous years. Thats not opinion, its fact based on market share and figures pre-2010 etc. Now I think Nokia have lost their title, maybe to Samsung who seem to be getting almost everything right at the moment. I strongly think that if Nokia went Android they would have success. Not immediate success though because I think their loyal followers have desserted them for other manufacturers BUT if they developed a few handsets running Android I think maybe in 3-4 quarters they will slowly begin profiting again.
Whats everyone elses view?

until and unless they really put some effort in listening to what consumers want . Why won't they go down ??? Seems like they haven't learned from their mistakes. Still they launched amazing lumia 920 with non replaceable battery . And why dont they save themselves porting themselves to android ? And come up with lumia with android + user replaceable battery ?? they can win the market but they are utterly arrogant in their monopoly of thoughts

It's the right way or the highway, Nokia. So much for Symbian. Reality came in late for the CEOs. Well, better late then never.
