Do they think we all are fools? I mean, the news of Facebook being held by 'Meta' is itself going to spread through Facebook, and people will get to know it in no time. Even if WhatsApp is rebranded as 'WhatsApp from Meta', people will still know it's Facebook at the helm. Doesn't make sense. A plan to deceive the gullible, it seems.

Pretty much all of my childhood friends and fellow colleagues from my high school days has a Facebook and WhatsApp account. That is why I don't delete my Facebook account because they are still active there.

So it's just what Google did by registering the holding company Alphabet for all its businesses. Meta is not that big a deal really. Google is still Google and Facebook will still be Facebook.

They also have our biometric data through fingerprints. The FBI back then wouldn't have imagined such a gold mine of personal data 😀
