I've seen iphone 13 pr... more842k is a poor score considering that Snapdragon 888 is almost a year old chip now.
Snapdragon 898 will cross 1 million mark while iPhone will struggle to give 842k worthy performance in real world as it is a thermal throttling mess.

rizki1, 02 Nov 2021This is useful if the manufacturer releases a new chip and ... moreThe best thing to do is to read an article on Qualcomm website when ever they launch a new SOC. they usually talk about the GPU, CPU, how many clusters it is. that's how u know if it's a worthy upgrade. A antutu score imo is not reliable as because OEMS can do things to the SOC to improve it. You put a SD 888 in a Google phone running stock OS it will be quicker than SD 888 in a xoami phone running MUIU. ram management, the UI skin, memory type, read write speeds of a phone. They all play a huge part in the score. You can't come to a conclusion that SD 898 will be better than 888 because of a score . Xiaomi has been accusing of slowing than the SD 888 found in the 11T pro as because of battery drainage and overheating. Snapdragon 888 will have a better score than SD 778G but then 778G is more power efficient than SD888 . Am I gonna say that 888 is better because a score told me :/

If its not then you need a score to determine how fast a phone is ? :/. Even though these tests that OEMS posts are done under a lab and theyre xtreme stress test that doesn't have any form of impact on someone that's using their phone for browsing. Playing mobile games. Watching movies and sending texts
