My black shark 3 pro gone rally bad since the 12.5 and he is talking about battery life while the most impacted aspect after 12.5 update was the battery life, my phone is draining like crazy and the phone has many bad things, hope they fix that with the 13 update

    Funny they said this since the Global version of Redmi Note 9 Pro (joyeuse) is still on MIUI 12.0.4.0. with MIUI 12.5 nowhere in sight while even some older models got the MIUI 12.5, for example.

    The major problem is that they are being dead silent with this whole situation and no explanation whatsoever why RN9 Pro Global failed to get the MIUI 12.5 in "Q2 this year" as they said it should be. That's not how you gain trust with people.

        Optimize this, optimize there and what I got is more bug and it's keep coming now my recent menu if hold the tasking app the recent just force stop like wtf

          Tech reviewers are doing their best to cover up MIUI weaknesses.

          My friends using both Redmi and Mi phones (global ROM) experience issues here and there. Some switched to other brands like Samsung or Oppo. Few stuck with it anyway as it’s not their daily driver (they use a Galaxy S/Note or iPhone) and they don’t care.

              I switch to other brand because of this MIUI. Too much bugs, its not like, community addresses those and they solve it. its total bug. You need Bugware, get MIUI.

                solided, 04 Nov 2021The bugs are in your head.MIUI literally the buggiest mainstream "OS" ever, from broken night mode to poor battery management to broken proximity to crazy ghost touch and other... not to mention the most ad-ridden "OS" ever. If you never experience at least one bug, you're just lucky.

                    I really hope that they allow users to completely turn off the Mi video app so that it stops bothering us with videos in which we have zero interest. Users should also be able to turn off the offer to have Xiaomi record all of our messages when we want to send an SMS. Finally, my pet hate is that Xiaomi keep changing my lock screen background even though I have turned off the wallpaper carousel multiple times.

                      Running miui 12.5 on my mi 10,it is a terrible experience... battery life was supposed to be better but it is alot worse.I have been waiting for 12.5 enhanced for so long but it no where to been seen on mi 10 global.If u encounter a bug on a xiaomi phone,it just stays there and never gets fixed.
                      I dont have much hope for miui 13 either at this point.My phone is running june security patch and this is a flagship phone

                        Just received the 12.1 update notification (not even 12.5) for my EU Xiaomi Mi 9T, and canceled it immediately. 12.0 works fine and I only read complaints and more complaints regarding the update, so... Yep, Xiaomi, please concentrate on making stable builds rather than constantly adding new features that nobody asked for.

                          It makes me so happy to finally see people criticizing Xiaomi for their bug-infested MIUI. Something needs to be done, either a complete revamp where it's mostly cosmetic but based on stock Android, or follow Asus, and release a super light skin on top of Android.
                          It's crazy how MIUI bogs down their lower-tier phones, like the Redmi 9.
                          My father's Motorola E7 Plus runs far more smoothly with its weak Snapdragon 460, whereas the Helio G80 powered Xiaomi stutters constantly!
                          How in the nine hells is that even possible? The G80 trumps the 460!

                              Be it from the flagship Mi phone to Redmi phone, I used it.

                                      Stability and logical (and less confusing) arrangement of the global Android settings menu are sorely needed, more so than any pointless aesthetic GUI changes...

                                        The hyperlink to battery endurance test redirects to infinix 11 pro not redmi note 11 pro😂 What a grave oversight.
