The 10MP selfie cam for s20 and s21 is less than Flagship worthy and now Samsung reuse the terrible sensor 🙄🙄🙄

It will be same/ similar sensor, speaking of it&#... morefor nighttime selfies,I suggest you try night mode. it makes a huge difference. they can at least change the lens to give an ultra wide angle. iphone did it, pixel did it. no one wants to crop an already narrow 26mm FoV. then,the zoom toggle will make a use.

Sensor progress is not huge last years. So maybe they just focus on algorithms improvements. Samsung have a lot of space for this.
Maybe they can finally get better face details indoors and also better face sharpness in sports and low light conditions.
I would like to see such updates.

To behonest, 10mp front camera from s20 is not bad at all. It even records in 4k unlike all "flagships" from xiaomi oppo vivo. But its going to be better if they can add iris scanner 😅 im really like iris scanner from s9 era

Its pretty much DOA ..... Same old Samsung nonsense... And no Micro SD slot --- You might as well buy the heavily discounted S21 series -- And "fantasize / pretend" that you're using as S22

Good to see Samsung not deviating to far from current camera hardware. Instead of the latest and greatest, improve the imaging software which is really what matters most. New hardware means starting over again from scratch.

I don't think there's anything wrong with using the same camera. The sensor is already small and cramming more MP into doesn't make it insanely better.
I don't think many people even use selfie cameras like that tbh.
