WhatsApp working on new apps for Windows and macOS

    Maybe i want other login method to whatsapp in pc version.
    Maybe use verification number like telegram or maybe password like line, and can use it even when phone is offline
    For some reason, i didnt like to use qr scan to login
    Yeah, thats only my personal reason and i think that will not happen in the future

      But for the rest... why? Like is there any solid reason aside from a preference? (and preference is not solid enough)

      Anyhow looking at how WhatsApp does work vs all other chat apps it makes sense why it is still lacking this simple functionality.

      But you would expect them to already fix it after so many years I guess.

                It may be able to work on your computer, but should you actually install this Meta trojan is a different question.

                  Will it finally be able to post GIFs without converting them into a static picture?

                    I'm surprised WhatsApp going for the UWP route with the new Windows app. WhatsApp should have been doing that when Windows Phone is still active.
