      Amazon Music (Unlimited) is offering hi-fi sound in the base package so of course they had to finally lower their prices a little.

For example tidal isn't launched in India However apple music , YouTube music and Spotify is. Also in UK we have tidal but honestly I'd say mainly audiophiles know about tidal because of the sound quality. Spotify and apple music promote their services

I just buy what I like and listen it locally on my devices. Of course it's hard not to hear about Apple Music or YouTube Music, because they are extremely popular. But Tidal is something I've never heard before, that's it.

            I am totally impressed with Tidal's sound quality when I use it on my LG V50 with its Quad DAC turned on. Even from my used $20 Pioneer headphone, it sounds otherworldly. Unfortunately, the catalogue is not as large as Spotify. Quite a lot of songs I listen in Spotify is not available in Tidal.

              2022 is gonna be the battle of music streaming platforms. Tidal has been leading the way for sound quality for ages but apple music have launched their lossless quality and Spotify will launch their lossless service before the end of 2021. If you're an artist I think tidal has the best royalties but as a normal listener I think the Spotify library is slightly bigger than tidal and Apple

                  Mr. Kroniks, 18 Nov 2021Never heard about Tidal before.maybe because you're not streaming top quality music?, afaik tidal is one of the best platform for that, spotify only stream 320kbps quality until recently launched their HiFi plan.

                    Just cancelled our family plan at $20 a month. YouTube music's family plan is $15 and they have much newer Viet songs.
